What does the day involve?
The We Win Together, We Lose Together team building day is an indoor team building event facilitated by an expert executive coach.
Your team works through five practical challenges designed to surface exactly where teamwork is strong and where it breaks down, then actively practises the five key skills consistently demonstrated by high-performing teams.
Along the way you'll tackle silo working, replace blame with accountability, and apply Solution-Focused Thinking and Emotional Intelligence to the real problems your team faces right now.
Everyone leaves with a Certificate of Completion, the course slide deck and 12 months of online reinforcement resources.
