Emotional Intelligence Training for Managers and Leaders


A large group of passionate individuals supporting an audience of vulnerable service users had never undertaken any structured management development training.  Cracks were showing.

Summit Training designed and facilitated an immersive two-day Emotional Intelligence for Managers training course for 80 managers.

The Emotional Intelligence Training for Managers course explored how to:-

  • Manage yourself more effectively before you manage team members
