Stress Buster
Purpose:
To prove just how easy it really can be to remove high levels of stress from our working lives and help participants get the best from themselves and others in the workplace.
Participants will learn how to:
- Understand how stress impacts on our health and overall quality of life
- Identify specific situations where 'stress responses' appear
- Resolve existing stress-related problems and feel more relaxed
- Recognise symptoms of stress in our colleagues and to support them
- Appreciate the legal issues surrounding stress in the workplace
- Develop more productive ways of dealing with stressful situations
- Learn rapid relaxation techniques that can be applied in any situation
- Manage themselves more productively to enhance wellness
- Break habitual stress behaviour patterns quickly
- Develop a plan to effectively transfer learning back to the workplace
Duration: 1 and 2 day programmes available.
Your Trainer: A Master NLP Practitioner or Life Skills Coach with at least 10 years experience in the field of removing stress and enhancing wellness.
