Your Team Challenge

A fantastic team building activity that allows you and your team to test it’s artwork skills as you work as a team to recreate your company logo. Show your artistic skills by working as a team to draw your company. Each member of your team must hold a string which, when pulled will move the marker pen to draw a line….of some kind! The pen will only move in the direction you want it to if the tension from all the sides is correct. And if the tension on the string is incorrect, it’ll cause a lot of tension in your team.

Your Team Learning

As your team can only communicate your ideas verbally and you can only handle your own string there’s a possibility that things could go badly wrong – without effective planning, clear roles and responsibilities, collaboration and focus on the end goal from the outset.  This short team activity task will stimulate creativity, laughter and within the group and is a fantastic way to promote personal ownership of results and inter-dependencies within and across teams.

The Quick Draw activity can be run as part of a fun team building day or as part of a training programme intended to develop more effective communication, collaboration and trust.
