Your Team Challenge

Get Knotted is a great team building activity to promote leadership and management skills whilst strengthening communication within a group.

Your team challenge is to successfully untie the knots that are in the 20 ft rope. Sounds too simple? Not at all! The strict rules imposed by your ‘customer’ makes it rather difficult to successfully achieve your task without effective communication, collaboration, clear team roles and effective leadership. Throughout this task each team member must adhere to the strict brief, otherwise the ‘customer’ will impose penalties for non-compliance. This is a fantastic team building activity for inclusion in customer service training and management training events.

Your Team Learning

This fun, and sometimes frustrating team building activity requires team members to be flexible, creative and resilient in their approach.  And, whilst sounds easy to do in theory, when there’s a tight deadline, quality standards and a challenging customer to keep happy, success isn’t always guaranteed.
