BarOn Emotional Quotient Inventory – EQ-iTM
Based on over 25 years of research by Dr. Reuven BarOn and tested on nearly one million individuals across the globe, the BarOn Emotional Quotient Inventory is designed to measure a number of specific areas related to emotional intelligence.
The results of ongoing research suggest that emotional intelligence is a more accurate predictor of ‘success’ than the more traditional measures of cognitive intelligence (IQ).
The BarOn EQ-i consists of 133 questions and takes approximately 30 – 45 minutes to complete. It provides an overall EQ score as well as scores for the following 5 composite scales and 15 subscales:
