Every team works perfectly… wouldn’t that be great?. The concept is phenomenal; something we can only dream of on some days! This fantastic team challenge will see your teams create a piece of technological wizardry in the form of a perpetual motion chain reaction. Starting with a unique energy form that transforms as it goes on to create a final explosive finale – subject to teams collaborating successfully.

Set in motion a series of events where one thing leads to another, that leads to another, and another until something really big happens. It’s either a big failure or a big success. And, to be successful your team will need to plan carefully, keep goals and essential results to be achieved in mind, work inter-dependently with remote teams and arrange items to continue the perpetual motion from point a to point b.

You know that every action causes a reaction, especially in teams. What reactions will appear when things go wrong? Will teams lose focus, concentrate on the problem and blame each other, or will they remain solution-focused, response-able and collaborative? You won’t know until you try it, so why not include this fantastic activity as part of your team building event or management development training programme?
