Your Team Challenge

Your team has a limited amount of time to cross the cabbage leaf. The cabbage leaf may be any length and can contain numerous obstacles, such as walls…and ditches! Your team must work as one to solve these problems and successfully reach the finish line. To succeed, your team must communicate effectively with each other throughout the project (just like in business) to get the job done on time and to standard. All the team members must cross the cabbage leaf using the giant caterpillar tracks provided.

Your Team Learning

The key to this activity is timely communication and effective collaboration.  Without these vital competencies and skills, your team are destined to fail. This hands-on team building activity will bring forth the leaders of the group to organise the team and its resources across the perceived and actual boundaries which exist.

Who For?

The Caterpillar Tracks team building activity can be facilitated for groups of 6 to 100 people.  The activity can be weaved into an informal team building event or away day as well as into formal training programmes such as management development, supervisory skills training and sales management training.
