This highly interactive, thought-provoking programme provides emerging leaders with the ‘nuts and bolts’ skills, tools and techniques that will help them accelerate the speed at which they can be considered a credible leader. Based around many of the principles and concepts detailed in our MD’s book ‘Win Every Time – Essential lessons for existing and emerging leaders’, emerging leaders will experience a compelling and inspiring learning which will be facilitated personally by Scott Watson or our Director of Learning, Dirk Bansch. This modular programme of 2 x 2 days over an 8 week period is transformative and the changes sustainable.
