Purpose

This high-impact, bespoke programme is designed with one specific outcome in mind.  And that’s to demonstrate to leaders, both existing and emerging, that they can perform at, or very near their best on a consistent basis.  Focusing on applying the principles and concepts of emotional intelligence to the leaders role, the High Performance Leadership Programme has a hard business focus so that leaders actually apply their learning in real-life simulations throughout the programme.

Group size – A minimum group of 4 participants and a maximum of 20 participants is required for the High Performance Leadership Training Programme. 

Duration: Highly interactive 1 and 2 day programmes are available.
