Purpose
This highly interactive, practical and challenging programme provides a solid foundation on which to build a bright and credible leadership career.  The presentations are relevant, the activities, designed to meet participants needs and discussions, candid, honest and supportive.  Participants become immersed in their learning for an action-packed 2 days and are set challenging goals to achieve back in the workplace immediately following their leadership training programme.

Essential First-Steps to Effective Leadership Training Programme includes:

• Enhancing self-awareness of key personal strengths and development needs to be an effective leader
• Developing and restoring high-trust relationships in the workplace
• Leading by Example – why should a team WANT to follow you?
• Expanding your personal leadership toolkit – skills, tools and techniques to address everyday situations
• Effective delegation of tasks to develop trust, free up time and develop in-house capability
• Exploring how personal values and beliefs impact our own performance and the effectiveness of your team (positively and negatively)
• Designing your personal leadership vision – clarity on what standards you expect of yourself
• Developing resilience – bounce-back-ability

Group size – A minimum group of 4 participants and a maximum of 20 participants is required for the Essential First-Steps to Effective Leadership Training Programme.
