Summit was appointed by Ufi's Human Resources Director to design and facilitate a management development training programme for senior and middle managers within the organisation. At a time of significant change within the organisation, Summit supported over 100 managers to create a significant shift to enhance personal, team and organisational effectiveness.

The intensive two-day management training programme was reinforced by a one-day coaching programme three weeks following the training programme. Designed to support the effective transfer of learning back to the workplace, the coaching event provided the opportunity for participants to intelligently apply their learning, obtain peer support to develop more self-confidence and self-reliance and return to Summit having achieved many challenging and worthwhile goals.

'Following personal recommendation I appointed Summit Consulting and Training to design and facilitate a series of 3-day management development programmes during a period of significant change for Ufi.

The feedback from programme participants has been overwhelmingly positive, and to date, nearly 100 managers have undertaken the programme.
