ISSUES

A senior leader had identified specific area where s/he could improve to become a more effective leader, colleague and better support their organisation in achieving its most important goals.  Our research identified that technically, the coachee was technically excellent, and now s/he wish to partner technical excellence with leadership excellence.

SOLUTION

Summit facilitated a bespoke one day leadership coaching session in London which enabled the coachee to take time out, reflect on achievements to date, challenges to be tackled and organisational targets to be delivered.

An exploration of fundamental leadership competencies, including emotional intelligence skills development as well as proactive people management and leadership approaches led the coachee to commit to expanding their leadership toolbox, remove silo working habits, improve cross-team collaboration and involve team members in deciding how organisational priorities would be delivered and organisational goals achieved.
